The Palm Pro offers an auto-draw mechanism, a magnetic 510-thread connection, adjustable airflow control, and three voltage settings (2.8V, 3.2V, 3.6V), making it highly convenient. The device also comes with a 10-second preheat mode for optimal performance. It has a simplistic design with a minimal power button, an airflow collar, and a temperature indicator. The device is powered by a 500mAh battery and includes a Type-C cable for easy charging.

GETTING STARTED - The device must be fully charged prior to the first use. Power on your device by pressing the power button 5 times rapidly. Once on, press and hold the power button to switch voltage. The LED Temp indicators will blink 3x to indicate the voltage in use. The voltage range can be adjusted from 2.8V to 3.6V. To activate the 10-second preheat function, press the power button twice rapidly. During the preheating process, the LED temperature indicators will flash and stop once its finished. To stop the preheating, press the power button once.
THE FUNCTION OF THE AIRFLOW COLLAR - Using the airflow collar, you can customize the airflow according to your preference. Adjusting the collar towards the left will create less dense clouds while shifting it towards the right will produce warm and more flavorful clouds. Keeping the collar in the middle will give you a balanced experience with flavorful clouds.
USING CARTRIDGES WITH THE PALM PRO - Attach the magnetic adapter to the bottom of your cartridge and twist on. Place the cartridge back into the device and you are ready to vape.
